After we receive your online client form we will copy exactly what you the client have written. All the spelling and grammar are the clients responsibility. Personalized proofs will be emailed to you within 2 - 3 business days for your review after the wording has been received.
You will have a dedicated designer to adjust the Wording, colors, and minor layout adjustments upon requested. Unlimited complimentary round of revisions will be given to you until you are satisfied with the proofs.
Once you're happy with your proofs, you'll give your final approval via email. There will be no changes to your proofs after this stage.
We required the full payment to be made prior to production.
Please be aware that there will be NO CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED for any reason, once the signed proofs are received and the balance payment has been paid.
Printing production may take up to 6 weeks.
(Holiday season and weekend period is not include)

Your order will be carefully packaged prior to sending.
We will ship your package with our partner delivery company. The delivery times may take up to 5 business days depending on your location
Terms and Conditions
Invites Online is an Australian Owned Business and all prices are in AUS Dollar. Prices are subject to change and can be updated at anytime. If a client deposit has been made than the updated price does not apply.
A 50% deposit is required before the order process begins. Invites Online reserves the right to withhold shipment or pick up of order until the client has made the full payment. Clients are required to pay outstanding amount one day prior to pick up. A digital copy of your invitation details will be sent to the email provided. Please carefully proofread all the content. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and to notify us of any errors or changes that need to be made. Please note: Once we have received your approval, printing commences. Therefore, no further amendments can be made.
Guest list names will not be sent for approval; therefore, we recommend that all spelling, capital letters, punctuation and spacing is correct and proofread before being sent to us.
All artworks are professionally printed in high quality however there is a possibility that colours are subject to change slightly between digital copies and hard copies. Invites Online does not accept returns or refunds because of colour variations.
We recommend that a minimum of 5 spare invitations for additional guests is included in the overall quantity required to avoid extra fees for re orders.
Invites Online carefully packages all orders and are not liable for damages that are made during shipment or by third parties. Postage is at the client’s expense and will include a tracking number.
Order process takes approximately 3-6 weeks once a deposit has been made and artwork has been approved. It is recommended that payment be made and your approval of artwork is sent at the earliest convenience for us to meet your deadline. Urgent orders may have additional fees however you will be notified if this applies to you.
Invites Online reserves the right to turn away orders where the deadlines cannot be met.
Cancellations are accepted if order process has not begun. Please be aware that
once printing has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund.
Invites Online reserves the right to use images of our stationery that we produce for you for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere). Please note that home addresses and phone numbers are blurred or cut out of the image when posted on Social Media.
Invites Online holds and retains, at all times, complete ownership and intellectual property rights of stationery, designs or materials produced, whether complete or incomplete.
